Itai's father, David Pilosof, is an underwater photographer from lsrael whose work takes him to many of the world's most famous diving sites. ltai accompanies him on his visit to the Cayman Islands, where he quickly makes friends with little Nei!, from Grand Cayman. Neil introduces Itai to the many enchanted wonders of the island and accompanies him on ali of his diving expeditions. Together, on land and under the sea, they search for the legendary lost treasure of a famous pirate called Blackbeard. In the course of their adventures, they meet up with the huge friendly winged creature that Nei! has named "Gamma", make the acquaintance of giant turtles and search for a Trumpet Fish.
