In this 1991 book you will find 156 full page color plates that feature some of the most astounding and rare shells that have ever been seen in a single publication. This is a 206 page hard cover with a dust jacket, about 22 by 30cm in size. The shells are from the collection of R. Kawmura , who had the most extensive collection of shells in Japan. The collection was donated to the National Science Museum in Tokyo in 1981. The photos are so sharp you can almost touch the shells.
